Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Ghazal has served in prominent leadership positions, including Advisor to the Prime Minister of Lebanon for International Cooperation and Mayor of Tripoli. He has also contributed significantly to scientific and innovation initiatives through the Lebanese National Council for Scientific Research and the Arab Science and Technology Foundation, helping advance research, innovation, and regional collaboration.
Recognized for his leadership in artificial intelligence and digital transformation, Dr. Ghazal serves on the Advisory Board of the AI Global Exchange Forum and was honored as AI Leader of the Year 2025 in the United Arab Emirates, reflecting his significant contributions to advancing AI adoption, governance, innovation, and capacity building across the region.
A university professor, consultant, author, and international speaker, Dr. Ghazal has advised governments, ministries, international organizations, and private sector institutions on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, strategic management, organizational excellence, innovation, and performance improvement.
