Dr. Hikmat Beaini is the Co-Founder and CEO of Future 10X, a Dubai-based AI and digital transformation company, and the President of the AI in Washington Conference 2026. He is also the founder of the AI in Dubai and AI in Lebanon conferences, initiatives that have brought together thousands of professionals, business leaders, academics, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to explore the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence.
His professional journey spans more than three decades across Lebanon, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates, where he has worked in leadership, communications, higher education, training, innovation, and organizational development.
A recognized speaker, educator, and AI advocate, Dr. Beaini has delivered hundreds of training programs, workshops, and keynote presentations on artificial intelligence, leadership, communication, branding, innovation, and digital transformation.
Dr. Beaini is the author of 12 books and is widely recognized as one of the first Arabic authors to publish a book co-created with ChatGPT. He is the author of HumAIn: Raising AI Like Our Children and the recently published AI Sapiens: The Evolution of Homo Sapiens, a thought-provoking book that explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping human evolution, society, education, work, and leadership.
Having lived and studied in the Washington, D.C. area, Dr. Beaini considers Washington an important part of his personal and professional journey. Through the AI in Washington Conference, he seeks to build a bridge between the United States, the Arab world, and the global AI community, fostering collaboration, innovation, investment, and knowledge exchange for the benefit of future generations.
