Will Wael Salha is a Lebanese-American cybersecurity executive, entrepreneur, and multidisciplinary artist whose career uniquely bridges cybersecurity, technology innovation, cultural preservation, and community engagement. With extensive experience in the United States federal sector, he has held senior cybersecurity and information assurance positions supporting government agencies and critical infrastructure environments, helping organizations strengthen governance, security resilience, and operational excellence.
As the founder of Tech Spectra, Will leads initiatives focused on cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and digital innovation. He is also the founder of Lamartine Art Gallery & Creative Lab in the Washington, D.C. area, a pioneering institution that combines art, artificial intelligence, immersive technologies, and cultural programming to create meaningful connections between heritage and innovation.
Will holds two master’s degrees and a postgraduate degree from George Washington University, with academic specialization in information systems, technology management, and security governance. Beyond his technology leadership, he is an internationally exhibited artist whose work explores themes of memory, resilience, and Lebanese cultural identity through traditional and technology-enhanced artistic experiences.
